Adult Classes

*On Ramp Courses can be scheduled at your convenience during any of the Adult CrossFit Courses.

Kid's Classes

**Depending on maturity and ability, some kids will move up to an older course at an earlier age. Our Trainers will make these decisions, when opportunities arise.

Adult Training Sessions:

  • M-F 5:30am
  • M-F 6:30am (you may start as late as 6:45am)
  • M-F 8:00am
  • M-F 9:00am
  • M-F 6:00pm
  • M-F 7:00pm
Please let us know in advance (at least the day before) what class you will be attending.

-Above classes are all about 1 hour in length

CrossFit Kids

(ages 6-17)

CrossFit Kids (ages 6-11)

may attend any two days per week

  • M-Th 4:00-4:45pm

CrossFit Teens (ages 12-17)

-unlimited classes per week

  • M-F 5:00-5:55pm
  • M-F 6:00-6:55pm (if you have a parent or guardian participating in the same class)
  • M-F 7:00-7:55pm (if you have a parent or guardian participating in the same class)


The purpose of the kids classes are to help teach the basic movements of exercise, teach kids to make and accomplish goals (self-confidence and self-respect), teach them to enjoy being active/exercising, and to provide them the opportunity to learn important values while increasing speed, strength, agility, endurance, stamina, balance, flexibility, power, accuracy, and coordination (10 General Skills of Fitness).
