Motivation
Today’s strength and Workout of the Day are the same individual events that we will be doing at CrossFit Forest on April 12th. Today will be a confidence day. Let us see what we can do today and then when you come on April 12th I can guarantee that you will do better. When you are in a competitive environment with people cheering you on you will perform better. Imagine a sporting event with no fans. Would the athletes compete as hard? No, it would be like practice. We can’t imitate an actual competition setting without a competition.

10 minutes to set a 1 Rep Max Press.
Workout Strategy
5 minute As Many Rounds as Possible. This should look familiar to our strength that we do. Today we are adding some jump rope. Think about trying to do one round per minute on the minute. Instead of a rest like we do in our strength you will be doing jump rope or double unders. This is the same workout that we will be doing on April 12th at CrossFit Forest. Today is a trial run to see how your pace will hold up. The goal is 5 rounds today.
