Friday – July 20th, 2012

We will be offering another Olympic Lifting Class starting next Wednesday at 6pm with Adam.  This is highly recommended for those interested in improving their olympic lifts, whether new to CrossFit or not.

We will also be offering a Gymnastics Class to help with all body weight movements involved with CrossFit.  Adam will also be instructing this class starting next Friday at 6pm.

Both classes are 6 weeks long and cost $90.
