Motivation
One of my goals this week is to speak more kindly to my kids. I tend to be to hard on them. I think our expectations of our loved ones are at times unrealistic. I want my kids to be the best they can. This needs to be done at their pace. I am trying to be more supportive. All of my kids are motivated in different ways and I have to remember they are motivated differently then Sarah and I. While we are motivated in different ways we all respond positively to encouragement and moral support. I must do better.
Workout Strategy
Do you know how many Burpees you can do in a minute. Do you know how long it takes you to do 50 Burpees. These are general number you want to know. Obviously the time or score will vary slightly day to day but you should have a good idea of your capabilities. Today you want to go at a steady pace on the first set of 50 so that you are not to winded for the Front Squat. Burpees are more a mental test than anything. Stay focused and stay positive. Stay on pace.
