You get out what you put into it. Sarah is constantly reminding me of this. I tend be a bit moody at times so she reminds me that I can’t bring a bad attitude to something and expect a positive result. We as adults seem to have a more difficult time quickly changing our mood than our kids. I’ll have kids in my kid’s class that will come in a upset or irritated and within 10 minutes they are happy. I am now convinced we learn to be unhappy. What I mean by this is that we base our happiness on someone else’s judgement of us or how we perceive ourselves relative to other people. If we don’t think we are as good as someone else than we make ourselves unhappy. Allow yourself to be happy. Recognize and celebrate your personal gains. Don’t compare yourselves to other people. Don’t go down the path of negativity. Stay positive. Be positive. In the end it is always you versus you.

Another chance to get some bench mark numbers. This is another testing day. We want to get numbers that we can easily compare to in the future. [/tab] [/tabcontent] [/tabs]
