Today is an “easy” day in that the WOD is an extended strength session… use this as an opportunity to get your form locked in and hit some good numbers.

Levels 1 and 2 are Power Clean because some of you aren’t confident with the catch that a full “squat” clean requires. Pick your level today based on your form on these movements rather than how much weight you can move.
