In a recent book I was reading one of the chapters is “Do what is meaningful not what is expedient.” This chapter invoked a lot of reflection. I believe it may be our biggest challenge. When we take time to analyze what we are doing, even simple choices, we just know what meaningful is. I wonder why then it is such a challenge? I wonder why I am so short sighted? I will be working to make meaningful decisions. Will you join me. My focus is on how I speak to my family, what I eat, and what I do to take care of my physical and spiritual well being.
