Workout Strategy
The Front Squats should be done from the ground, so you must be able to clean the weight, you should know what you can clean after the strength portion of the WOD. Do your squats and Split jumps unbroken, but split the Toes-to-bar up from the beginning unless you’re sure you can do all 4 rounds unbroken.
