Complete 250 meter row while partner does AMRAP of the following:

20 Push Ups – Elevated

10 Deadlift (95/65#)

continue from where partner finished.

Level 2

30 minutes for Distance and Reps. 

Complete 250 meter row while partner does AMRAP of the following:

30 Double Unders

30 Push Ups -Elevated

10 Deadlift (135/95#)

continue from where partner finished.

Level 3

Partner Workout

30 minutes for Distance and Reps. 

Complete 250 meter row while partner does AMRAP of the following:

60 Double Unders

30 Push Ups

10 Deadlift (185/125#)

continue from where partner finished.

Level 4

Partner Workout 

30 minutes for Distance and Reps. 

Complete 250 meter row while partner does AMRAP of the following:

80 Double Unders

40 Push Ups

10 Deadlift (225/155#)

continue from where partner finished.

Daily Strength

Front Rack Step Ups:

Complete 8 step ups every minute for 8 minutes.  Switch legs every minute.  Challenge yourself.

5 minutes of Turkish Get Ups.  

Daily Motivation

For todays workout:  Partner can only work while the other is rowing.  Groups must stop rowing every 250 meter interval. Communication and transitions is part of the workout.
