Our test week continues with our three lift max efforts. We are also testing our speed with our 200 meter sprints. I believe the ability to sprint is a big indicator of the level of our fitness. People can walk, jog, run, but can they sprint? Can you sprint? Sprinting isn’t necessarily about speed as it is technique and max power output.
