We had a great turn out for our Memorial Day workout.  We had over 70 people participate in the workout.  If you did not pre-order a Memorial Day “Murph” shirt and you want one then we will make another run of shirts.  The atmosphere in the gym for the workout was amazing.  So much encouragement being given from one to another.  It was great to see people who had finished get back in the gym and cheer on those still working.  I saw people go for an extra run with someone just to make sure they didn’t have to be alone.  It is that spirit of being their for one another that is so important.  You are never alone.  We will not leave you behind.  I am so grateful that so many of you were able to come.  I can’t think of a better way or a better group of people to be with to honor the Memorial Holiday.  Thank You.  
Workout Strategy
Overhead Squats are the most difficult of the squats that we do.  Don’t worry so much about the weight.  Focus on improving your technique.  If your shoulder mobility does not allow you to do the movement safely then we will have you do front squats.  In a workout today remember you have completed half the workout after the round of 8.  Pace accordingly.  Each round should get slightly faster than the one before.
