*leg ups= lay on the ground on your back, legs straight out, keeping legs straight, raise feet off the ground about 60 degrees and lower feet back down without letting your heels hit the ground, should lower to about 1 inch off the ground…if you can’t do leg-ups then do reverse sit-ups-lay on the ground on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the ground, lift knees as close to shoulders as possible, then lower back down and allow feet to hit the ground.
