Level 1

In 10 minutes, complete a ladder scheme increasing by 2 reps each round for the following movements:

Step Ups

Push-ups (Elevated)

Sit Ups

Reverse Lunges

Bench Dips

First round is 2 reps of everything, second round is 4 reps of everything, then 6, 8, 10, etc… Until 10 minutes is up. Track how many reps you got!

Level 2

In 10 minutes, complete a ladder scheme increasing by 2 reps each round for the following movements:

Level 4

In 10 minutes, complete a ladder scheme increasing by 2 reps each round for the following movements:

Tuck Jumps

Push-ups

V-ups

Reverse Lunges

Bench Dips
