Saturday Skills

Starting this Saturday we will have skill clinics.  The sessions will run from 9:00 – 10:00 am.  There will be no open gym during this hour so there are no distractions for the classes.  The format will be skills and drills with a focused workout at the end.  This is a great way to improve your weaknesses.
