Every Minute On the Minute for 12 minutes complete the following:
Minute 1: 5 Burpee Box Jumps (or Burpee Tuck Jumps)
Minute 2: 10 Sit-ups
Minute 3: 10 Elevated Push-ups
Minute 4: 30 Jump Rope (or small jumps in place)
Level 2
Every Minute On the Minute for 12 minutes complete the following:
Minute 1: 8 Burpee Box Jumps (or Burpee Tuck Jumps)
Minute 2: 10 Sit-ups
Minute 3: 10 Push-ups
Minute 4: 40 Jump Rope (or small jumps in place)
Level 3
Every Minute On the Minute for 12 minutes complete the following:
Minute 1: 12 Burpee Box Jumps (or Burpee Tuck Jumps)
Minute 2: 15 Sit-ups
Minute 3: 15 Push-ups
Minute 4: 50 Jump Rope (or small jumps in place)
Level 4
Every Minute On the Minute for 12 minutes complete the following:
Minute 1: 15 Burpee Box Jumps (or Burpee Tuck Jumps)
Minute 2: 20 Sit-ups
Minute 3: 20 Push-ups
Minute 4: 50 Jump Rope (or small jumps in place)
