Motivation
Making the career change from Police Officer to entrepreneur has been an overall rewarding experience. There are many days where I miss the consistent work schedule and pay check. I don’t really miss the job but I miss the people I worked with. With Law Enforcement the day was over when the shift was over. I didn’t have to bring work home with me, though some unsettling memories stow away and show up on your days off. As an entrepreneur the work always comes home with you. Worrying about members and constantly thinking of things that need to be done make for limited hours of sleep (or is that my kids). I am especially grateful for the flexibility. Late Tuesday morning I got to go play volleyball with Sarah and some of her family that is still in town from the wedding. I then got to pick up Dallin from kindergarden. I get comments that “it must be nice having all that time off.” I just smile and say, “yeah it’s great.” Reality is I work more now then I ever had to before. No time clock to punch here. Things have to get done. I will enjoy today with the family. We have some close friends who provided our family with a day at Disneyland. Time to make some family memories. Please, enjoy the gym today. Encourage and motivate one another. Next to my home it is by far my favorite place to be.

Day 1, 2, or 3
Workout Strategy
Each round is 3 minutes long. Complete the work as fast as possible and then rest the remainder of the three minutes. While these rounds are all out sprints you still need to be mindful of your capabilities. Break up the movements into manageable sets so you don’t hit failure during the round.
