The Push Up Challenge
Do 20 Pushups every morning before you leave your bedroom. If you do 20 push ups everyday that is an additional 140 push ups a week and 7,300 a year. Would you be stronger if you did that many extra push ups a day? I believe not only will you be better at push ups but your overall fitness will go way up. By doing 20 push ups first thing you are far more likely to continue to even more throughout the day. This is an exponential benefit. Small things done daily = Awesomeness.
