7 Sumo Deadlift High-pull – minimum of 15 #s, max of 65#s
You can use a lifting bar, dumbells, kettlebells, medicine ball, water jugs, sand bags, etc. If you don’t have traditional weights, be creative…just be sure you can grip it well enough to perform the movements and/or be able to drop it if needs be.
Whenever lifting with weights, a good rule of thumb is to drop the weight if you feel off balance instead of trying to straighten it out.
